Hochevar to miss AFL duel with Pelfrey

Luke Hochevar, scheduled to start for the West team in Friday night's inaugural Arizona Fall League Rising Stars Showcase at Surprise Stadium, was scratched Thursday because of discomfort in his right shoulder.
