Lefty Choate reassigned to minor league camp (AP)

The Arizona Diamondbacks reassigned left-hander Randy Choate to their minor league camp on Tuesday. The move came after Choate faced one batter, allowing a double to Jim Thome, in Arizona's 3-1 victory over the Chicago White Sox. The move left 32 players in Arizona's camp, including right-hander Brandon Medders, who is expected to start the season on the 15-day disabled list.
